Do you have a retail store where I can shop in person?
To provide you with the best flowers at the lowest prices, I do not have a retail space. I do love hosting visitors in my studio for wedding and event consultations as well as for scheduled pick-ups.
Will we donate flowers?
Every year, I donate a limited number of gift certificates or complimentary bouquets to charities. On a case by case basis, I offer charities a 20% discount on full event florals.

Policies (Everyday Orders)
These policies apply to everyday orders (birthdays, anniversaries, thank-yous, “thinking of you,” etc.).
Weddings and events are covered under a separate contract and policy set.
Substitution Policy
We design with fresh, seasonal flowers — which means availability can change fast (especially around holidays).
If a specific bloom, greenery, or container isn’t available, we may make substitutions to keep your order beautiful and on time. Any substitutions will be:
Equal or greater value
In the same color palette and overall style
Designed to match the size and vibe you ordered
We’ll always keep it true to the look you’re going for — just with what’s freshest and best that day.
Delivery Window & Timing
We don’t offer exact delivery times (because traffic, weather, and life happen). Instead, we deliver within set windows:
Weekdays: 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM
Weekends: before 12:00 PM
Valentine’s week and Mother’s Day week: delivery timing may vary and windows may be expanded due to volume. We’ll still get it there — just expect a wider delivery range.
Address Accuracy & Access Details
Recipient phone number is required for all deliveries.
Flowers are perishable and delivery is time-sensitive — a working phone number helps us solve problems fast if something at the door doesn’t match the order details.
The sender is responsible for providing a complete and correct delivery address, including:
Unit number / suite / department
Business name
Gate code / access instructions
Any other information needed for successful delivery
Restricted access locations (businesses, hotels, schools, apartments):
Deliveries to locations with restricted access will be made to the front office / lobby / reception desk. We are not able to navigate secured buildings or search for recipients beyond the main access point.
Hospitals:
Hospital deliveries will be made to the closest nurses’ station or information desk (depending on the facility’s rules and access).
If we arrive and cannot complete delivery due to missing/incorrect address or access details, it will be treated as an attempted delivery. A redelivery fee will apply, and delivery fees follow the policy below.
Recipient Availability & Safe Drop-Off
To deliver your flowers safely (and not leave them to suffer outside), we follow a simple rule:
If the delivery location has a reception desk / front clerk / office staff and they agree to accept the flowers, we’ll leave the arrangement with them.
If there’s no front desk (or no one can accept it), we may leave the flowers at the door/porch only if it’s safe to do so (protected spot, reasonable weather, low risk of theft).
If there’s an issue during delivery, we will contact the sender first for updated instructions. If the sender is unavailable, we will contact the recipient.
Delivery Attempt, Retrieval & Store Credit
Because flowers are perishable and delivery routes take real time, the following policies apply to delivery attempts, incorrect addresses, and cancellations after delivery is in motion:
Attempted delivery (unable to leave flowers):
If delivery is attempted and the flowers cannot be safely left or accepted, the delivery fee is not refundable.
Incorrect address provided by sender (retrieval required):
If an order is delivered to an incorrect address due to sender-provided information and we must retrieve the flowers, then two delivery fees are not refundable (the initial delivery trip + the retrieval trip).
If the sender provides an updated address and requests a new delivery attempt, an additional delivery fee will apply for redelivery.
Cancellation after delivery is attempted:
If an order is cancelled after a delivery attempt has been made, the sender will receive store credit (not a refund) in the amount of the flower portion of the order (excluding delivery fees, taxes, and any additional service charges). Store credit must be used within 90 days of the original payment date.
Recipient Refusal / Recipient Not Found
Recipient refusal:
If the recipient (or the receiving party) refuses the flowers for any reason, the order is considered delivered/fulfilled and is not eligible for a refund.
Recipient not found / incorrect recipient information:
If we deliver to the address provided and are later informed that the recipient does not work there / is not at that location / cannot be located, this is treated as sender-provided information error and falls under our Delivery Attempt / Retrieval policy, including applicable delivery fees and retrieval charges.
Cancellations & Changes (Non-Holiday Orders)
Cancellations / reschedules:
Orders may be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice prior to the delivery date.
Refunds for cancellations (before design/sourcing begins):
If your order is cancelled in time and before we’ve started sourcing/designing, you’ll receive a refund minus a $5 service fee.
Order changes:
Need to update the card message, delivery instructions, or address? We’ll do our best. Changes are allowed when feasible, but may be limited if the order is already in design or out for delivery.
Holiday Policy (Valentine’s Day & Mother’s Day)
Holiday weeks are our Super Bowl — which means higher volume, heavier traffic, and tighter delivery routes.
Delivery timing:
During Valentine’s week and Mother’s Day week, delivery timing and windows may vary and may be expanded. We do not offer timed delivery during these holiday weeks.
Substitutions:
Our standard substitution policy still applies.
Delivery date range:
Holiday deliveries may occur the day before or the day of the holiday, depending on route efficiency and volume.
Holiday cancellation / changes:
Changes or cancellations must be requested at least 72 hours prior to the holiday. Requests inside that window may not be possible due to staffing, sourcing, and design prep.
Quality & Satisfaction
If there’s an issue with the quality of your arrangement, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery so we can make it right.
Photos are required for any quality claim (a few clear pics in natural light is perfect).
If the issue is confirmed and falls within our quality policy, we’ll offer a replacement or redesign (when feasible). Timing and flower availability may vary, but we’ll keep the style and value consistent with what you ordered.
General flower disclaimer:
Flowers are a natural, perishable product and vase life varies based on temperature, handling, and home conditions.
Card Messages & Personalization
Card messages are handwritten exactly as provided.
We handwrite what you type — spelling, punctuation, tone, and all. Please double-check your message before submitting your order. We’re not responsible for typos or how your wording lands.
We reserve the right to refuse service.
We will not write or deliver messages that are threatening, harassing, or hateful. If a message crosses the line, we may cancel the order.
Anonymous messages:
You may choose to send flowers without signing your name on the card. However, if the recipient requests sender information, we will provide your full contact details.
Returns & Refunds
Flowers are a perishable product, and for that reason all sales are final once an order is in progress or out for delivery.
If there’s a quality issue, please refer to our Quality & Satisfaction Policy (contact us within 24 hours and include photos).
If delivery is attempted or retrieval is required, our Delivery Attempt / Retrieval / Store Credit policy applies.
Flower Care & Longevity
Once an arrangement has been delivered and accepted (or safely left per our delivery policy), flower care becomes the recipient’s responsibility. Longevity can vary based on temperature, sunlight, pets, handling, and overall home/work environment.
We include basic care instructions with each delivery.
Liability, Weather & Safe Drop-Off
If we leave flowers in a safe spot according to our delivery policy (or they are accepted by a front desk/reception), the order is considered delivered. After that, we are not responsible for theft, damage, or weather-related impact once the flowers are left/accepted.
For the safety of our team and the flowers, we reserve the right to delay delivery in cases of severe weather or unsafe driving conditions. If this happens, we’ll deliver as soon as it’s safe to do so.
Delivery Area, Fees & Redelivery
Delivery area: We deliver in Renton and surrounding areas. Delivery availability and fees vary by distance and route.
Delivery fees: Delivery fees cover time, labor, handling, and travel — and are separate from the flower/design portion of your order.
Redelivery: If a delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect or incomplete information, redelivery requires an additional delivery fee.
Pricing, Taxes & Photos
Sales tax: Sales tax will be added to your total at checkout.
Photos & design variation:
Photos on our website and social media represent our style and quality. Because flowers are seasonal and every design is made by hand, arrangements will vary slightly. Size and overall fullness are based on the price point you select.
Privacy Policy
We only collect the information needed to fulfill your order — like names, phone numbers, delivery addresses, card message content, and payment details.
Payment processing: Payment information is securely processed through our payment processor. We do not store your full card details. Information is shared with the payment processor only for the purpose of completing your transaction.
Marketing messages: If you opt in, we may send occasional emails or texts about seasonal drops, holidays, and special offers. You can opt out at any time using the unsubscribe link or by contacting us.
We don’t sell your info: We do not sell your personal information.
